Hand loomed silk dupioni has weaving irregularities like slubs, barres and loops which are inherent to the fabric and enhance its exotic beauty.

This silk is hand loomed at a rate of 4 yards per day and expertly dyed with virtually natural dyes. Dupioni silk has an advantage over some other types of silks, in that dupioni tends to resist wrinkles, which help enhance the usability of the finished fabric.
